Full Cataloging Records (FCR) include :

•  Full descriptive cataloging (following AACR2 rules 1998 edition/2002 revisions and amendments),
•  Authority file verification (LC),
•  Complete LC classification number (050),
•  Complete LC subject headings (600-651),
•  Customized 9XX fields for invoice data.

Upon invoicing, the FCR is made available in the Library's catalog within 24 hours through FTP or Email transmission.
